Light Duty Traverse Robot
Used for taking out products and spruces from horizontal injection molding machine, safety, labour-save, high efficiency.
1.Two Vertical arm are made of rigid aluminum and guided in heavy-duty linear rails, high speed, high performance, less vibration and durable.
2.Single-Stage and dual delescpic arm are available, Vertical axis with telescopic stroke for low overall height, high speed and stability, applied to production halls with low ceilling heights.
3.Standby with 2 jig air outlet for vacuum device and 2 take out sinal for reserve vacuum suttion and gripping function.
4. Pneumatic parts are: CKD solenoid valve, TPC cylinder, and LEGRIS speed controller,FESTO Rodless cylinders.
5.Rotation device able to rotade 90 degree, for easy remomal.
6.Simple control system and easy operation, with 8 group of standard programes adn 20 group of instruction programes able to connect to peripheral eqquipment such as conveyor, transporter and other devices, modules for easy replacing and maintenance, capable of resisting disturbance.
7. Driving, pneumatica, inverter motor and servo motor are available.
