Heavy Duty Traverse Robot
ARH heavy duty robot used for taking out products and spruces from 100-2000 tons injection molding machine, good performance.
The main structure of our heavy duty robot.
1. the vertical arm are make of rigid aluminum alloy and guided in heavy - duty linear rails, high speed, high performance, less vibration and durable. Vertical axis with telescopic stroke for low overall height, high speed and stability, applied to production hails with low ceiling heights.
2.Standard Gripper for compress air and take out signal. with 2 outlet for vacuum sction and gripping, used for taking out all kinds of products.
3. Rotation device able to ratate 90 degree for easy rremomal.
4.Phenumatic parts are: CKD solenoid valve, TPC cylinder, and LEGRIS speed controller.
5. Simple control system for easy opperation, English and Chinese display are available, with
8 group of standard programs and 20 group of additional instruction programs, able to connect to peripheral eqquipment such as: conveyor, transporter and other device. modules for easy replacing and maintenance, capable of resisting disturbance.
6. Automatic checking and displaying function faults, counter and timer are able to modified.
7. Invert and servo motor driven are available.
